Notifikasi windows genuine biasa muncul kalau kita menggunakan windows non OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture), tapi kita tidak sengaja update windows kita online, sehingga windows non OEM kita diblok dari windows.
Biasanya muncul warning seperti ini :
You may be a victim of software counterfeiting This copy of Windows is not genuine. Click This balloon to resolve now.
Atau kadang muncul pesan seperti :
This copy of Windows is not genuine and you have not yet resolved this issue. This computer is no longer eligible to recieve select security upgrades from Microsoft.
To protect your copy of Windows, you must click Get Genuine now.
Cara untuk menghilangkan notifikasi ini cukup menginstal aplikasi remove wga (windows genuine activation) di link ini.
Setelah instal aplikasi tersebut, jalankan aplikasi dan restart sekali windows.
Setelah restart, notifikasi windows genuine sudah hilang dan tidak muncul lagi.
